Our 7-day returns & exchange promise
We want you to love every piece. If something is not right, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, panties, thongs, bodysuits and swimwear bottoms can only be returned if the hygiene liner is intact and the item is unworn.
- Items marked “Final Sale” and gift cards cannot be returned.
- Exchanges for a different size or colour are subject to stock availability.
How to request a return or exchange
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via the contact form, email or WhatsApp with your order number.
- Tell us which item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason.
- Our team will confirm and share the return address or arrange a pickup where available.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch your exchange or process your refund.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
Return shipping
For size exchanges within Pakistan, the first exchange is free. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. International customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties.
