You will receive a tracking number by email/SMS once your order ships. You can also use the Track Order page with your order number and billing email.

You can exchange or return unworn items in original condition with tags attached within 7 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, panties, bodysuits and swimwear bottoms can only be returned unworn with the hygiene liner intact.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Card refunds may take a few extra days to appear depending on your bank.

Hand wash cold or machine wash on a delicate cycle inside a mesh laundry bag. Fasten hooks first, avoid bleach and lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight.

Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent, do not wring, and iron satin inside-out on the lowest setting if needed.
