Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You’ll receive a notification once your order ships.

Delivery Areas & Timelines

Within Pakistan: 2–5 business days depending on your city, via our courier partners.
International: 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Orders above our free shipping threshold qualify for free standard delivery automatically — the exact threshold is shown in your cart.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders within Pakistan. A small COD handling fee may apply and will always be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS where available. You can also check your order status any time from My Account.
